Refund policy
Returns
Any request for a return must be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (i.e. unopened where applicable) and in its original packaging. Gifts cards cannot be returned.
To start a return, you can contact us at mail@sjay2k.com. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will provide further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be
automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
